F12 exit emulation instead of showing menù

Hi all,

I wrote a script that creates .uae configuration file (config version 2.8.1) in order to launch games directly within EmulationStation on RetroPie. All works fine but, using the option use_gui=no, when I press F12 the emulation ends instead of showing menù. Why? With older version this not appened.
