vale.init glob pattern not respected

It looks like the extension doesn't respect the full vale.init configuration https://vale.sh/docs/vale-ini#file-structure. See

how the CorrectReferenceAllCases setting is ignored by the VS Code extension (it works with the CLI).

The VS Code extension for Vale does not itself parse or apply vale.ini glob patterns or file-specific overrides like CorrectReferenceAllCases; it simply passes the config path to the Vale Language Server, which is responsible for handling these settings.
