Vocabulary spreadsheet needs option for weekly tabs.

When generating a book club spreadsheet, there needs to be an option to choose between weekly sheets or chapterly sheets. This allow support for putting multiple chapters into one week (if desired) and splitting a chapter across multiple weeks.
