[Feature Request] Streamer Mode Feature

I love the current streaming mode feature and I am definitely going to use it for stream. I'd really like it if we could select which items to blur out as I don't mind if the stream sees my friends list (which I need access to as well), but something like my email definitely needs to remain blurred.
