Description
Hey,
I discovered this wrapper the other day and it looks really promising from the examples and way more sophisticated than my own ASTRA postprocessing code.
I was able to reproduce the basic example (not as an .ipynb because for some reason the enviromental variables are not recognized, but running as a .py-file in the command line runs without any problem.
However using my own input-file (until now successfully used with vanilla ASTRA) I run into some problems:
ASTRA is crashing with the output:
File 3D_Version5 not found Program stops
Where 3D_Version5 is the base-filename of a 3D fieldmap I am using in the cavity namelist.
I found the two other issues regarding 3D fieldmaps, however apparently the issue is persistent.
I am using the conda version of LUME ASTRA but with a manual fix to be compatible with numpy2.0. I will append my data as a zip-File, maybe this is helpful for you. I am running on Ubuntu, if this is from interest.
I would be happy for help and comments.
