Feature Request: 6x and 8x CPU Throttling in Chrome DevTools Performance Tab

Hi Team,

We need a feature for 6x and 8x slowdown to test performance. It would be better if we could set this dynamically, similar to how we provide hardware concurrency.

6x is already there but.. I guess you're asking for both 8x and a way to input your own slowdown factor, yeah?
