Multiplane multi-source model #329

Description

It would be useful to develop the ability for caustics to run multiplane and multi-source sampling. Much like the single plane multi-source tutorial, this would likely not be integrated into caustics, but instead placed as a tutorial for users to take and adapt to their own circumstances. Currently it would be non-trivial to perform multiplane multi-source modelling, the only option would be to essentially do multiplane lensing twice (once for each source) which would be very computationally wasteful. Presumably it would be possible to share the compute for all the shared planes, significantly speeding up the sampling. Working out how to do this, however, will involve diving into multiplane lensing at a fairly deep level.
