How do you do to config fsconsul itself from mappings?

Hi guys, lets see if there is someone out there. WHile trying to configure fsccosnul itself via mappings, i created an upstart service, and have the default mappings in a tempalte and it points to the KV where fsconsul gets its final configuration. But i can not make it restart or reload as it seems it generates a loop on the first run and so, upstart kills the process after respawning too fast.
How can I acomplish this?
