How to share files among users

Is there a neat way of sharing files among users? I know that this kinda worked (bug?) in versions before 10.0, so it came as a unpleasant surprise. Might be that I am missing something here. @taprosoft

@r0kk the standard way to do this is adding a new File Collection, name it as Public File Collection.

Make sure to set private: false in the configuration and restart the server (since a new Collection is added). The new update just make File Collection private by default, so might want to change this setting.

Does this make it available also to general public (i.e www) or just all registered users?

Thank you for answer. I missed private, public option. Is there any neat way or workaround for enabling both options for users? That same users have private and public datasets.
