Bug: The dark mode and github button is not accessible for mobile view

Describe the bug

The Dark mode and CircuitVerse on Github is not accessible for mobile view .Unlike in desktop they are accessible in right top of the page

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://learn.circuitverse.org/'
2. Inspect the page
3. Reduce the width in Responsive Width
4. See error

Expected behavior

It should accessible for a user just same as in Desktop view
