telemetry/TimeSeries cmdlets

The API supports telemetry/TimeSeries as an endpoint but there are no specific cmdlets or objects to interact with the endpoint. As mentioned in issue #113 the generic New-IntersightManagedObject cmdlet can be used, but we'd like to have specific cmdlets so PowerShell examples can be built similar to what's been done in Python at https://us-east-1.intersight.com/apidocs/introduction/writing-python-queries/
