Create new resource and data source for SR-MPLS VRF L3Out object in Tenant L3Out Template (created via resource_mso_template resource).
New or Affected Resource(s) + MSO Class(es):
- mso_l3out_template_sr_mpls_vrf_l3out (suggestion) + templates/l3outTemplate/srl3outs
MSO version
- ND 3.1.1 / NDO 4.3.1 (for PATCH Operation)
