fixes for the strelka (#7206)

## About The Pull Request

We had Centcom Engineer Intern Mclane Farland fix the strelka shuttles,
and make the vessel a tad lighter... That about it.

## Why It's Good For The Game

Well it... Well makes shuttle work. I hope.
