feat: remove redundant last modified time -option for events sorting

TH-1442.

The last modified by -option was requested to be removed by both the
monorepo's product owners. Since the modification time is populated in
the object also during the event object creation, it does not make sense
to give an option to order the events by the modification date.
Thousands of events might be introduced as modified, when an importer
imports them.
