Re-identified entity tag didn't push when "updated" in Mashbill

In Mashbill, I re-identified the annotated "Ky" from the place entity to the org entity. When I updated document in Mashbill after reassigning that entity, after syncing everything, the incorrect entity was still tagged when I checked Oxygen. I ended up coding this manually.

To reproduce:

• Tag "Ky" in a document
• Identify "Ky" as a place.
• Update/Publish the document, applying the annotations to TEI and flushing to Github
• Verify that "Ky" is tagged as a placeName
• Re-edit the document in mashbill
• Re-identify Ky as an organization
• Update/Publish the document, applying the annotations to TEI and flushing to Github
• "Ky" should be tagged as an orgName but is actually tagged as a placeName

This does not seem to be the case if you are changing an entity to point from one person to another person. (This may be orgName related.)

This happened on a recent document (KYR-0001-004-0307). I changed the tag on "slaves" to a different persName but this didn't push when I updated, and I had to handcode the correct one.

It's possible I handcoded the original persName and that's why Mashbill didn't make the update. I'll double check this.

This seems to have happened on a placeName too — KYR-0002-079-0011.

After Mashbill mis-applied the tag, Deborah edited the document and deleted the bad tag.
