How to use .Mrot

Hi, I'd like to add the Tinkers Mechworks Drawbridges to my ship, to use as a kind of docking bridge. However they rotate out of position when the ship is moved, so i want to add them to the Mrot file, but i don't really understand how, i'd greatly appreciate any help with this
