The gamepad turns on after the game is started

The gamepad turns on after the game starts, which is why some games don't see it. If you press the buttons during startup, sometimes the gamepad turns on in windows faster than the game starts and everything works correctly. You can somehow run games so that the gamepad is detected first?

In Moonlight/Artemis settings, there's an option to always connect a gamepad. You can use that for workaround.
