[Request] Audio only stream

I wonder if there is possible to use an option to stream only the audio without the video.
Actually apollo/moonlight are the only servers without a delay on audio, using local network. I also doesn't know an application with such low delay

Seems interesting but doesn't have a solution to route to another devices rather than the same operational system of the host.
My desire is to route via wifi with low latency from my PC to my Android phone, that way I can use my headphones and play my games with wireless headphones
