where is release 0.4.8?

I was looking to the release page just now for 0.4.8 but I only see the source code under the assets section, I see that some of you managed to download it, but for me not visible:

can somebody direct me to the reason it is not there?

At first, someone reported it has problem on his computer

Then some more reported and I decided to add a note that AMD users might have issues on it, and marked the release as pre-release so you won't see it if not explicitly look for it

Then there're still more people coming and say it's not working on their AMD system, so I decided to remove the build

Now there're people here asking why they can't download this version....
