Add a feature to automatically disable Steam Streaming Speakers when not in use

my audio defaults keeps getting messed up after streaming and I also use Bluetooth when I'm using my PC instead of streaming to it so that complicates it even more.

You can use prep commands to do it

I managed to do it with prep commands with SoundVolumeView but it seems it doesn't trigger when I start with Virtual Desktop; and Virtual Desktop doesn't show up in applications tab in Apollo settings

You can create an empty app and enable Always create virtual display

The default VirtualDesktop is a fail safe entry so it's not configurable and has everything disabled.
