Setup for multiple users?

Is it possible to give each user their own separate desktop, so that multiple people can play games on the same computer at the same time without interfering with each other?

A solution already exists (DuoStream) and works well, but it’s paid, and the free version is limited to 30 Hz (obviously not ideal for gaming). Perhaps similar results could be achieved using Apollo with some adjustments?

It requires patching Windows core components and is not prone to changes caused usability issues by Windows updates.

I wouldn't do it, and Duo worth the price the effort its creator put into.
