Description
I've been battling a really strange issue where every 60 minutes of streaming (on the dot!), my stream will stutter for approximately 10 seconds, then return back to normal.
Desktop Host:
Apollo 0.4.8
Windows 11 25H2
AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D 16-Core Processor
NVIDIA RTX 4090
Client:
Moonlight (latest in Apple TV store)
Apple TV 4K Ethernet
Both the host and client are wired to my router. I've tried just about everything to solve it, including...
- Everything in the stuttering clinic that is applicable (https://github.com/ClassicOldSong/Apollo/wiki/Stuttering-Clinic)
- Closing or uninstalling every background application and waiting an hour to see if it happens
- Using latencymon to try and identify the culprit
- Checking eventviewer and task scheduler for anything that matches my experience
- Upgrading/downgrading Apollo
- Upgrading Windows
- Disabling power saver modes
- Installing Lasso and trying different modes
- Trying every tip for stuttering I could find on reddit
So far, nothing has worked. Has anyone else experienced this problem, particularly where the stuttering happens consistently at such a long interval. I feel like it must be some background process, either on the host or client, that is causing the problem. But I haven't been able to single anything out after loads of trial and error. Would appreciate any advice ya'll have.
