Mouse actions unable to be performed with certain games

In certain game, actions performed by the mouse are unable to be performed.

In Marvel Rivals the mouse cannot move around with the emote wheel and is stuck to one slot.

In Frostpunk 2 you cannot frostbreak which is controlled by the mouse to place down this action.

All other menu items in these games can be performed, but it seems like with these two select issues the mouse is stuck on the top left for me. I had used sunshine prior with the virtual display driver and had none of these issues. When connected directly to PC this issue also does not happen so it's related to Apollo.

This is due to anticheat on the games. LoL is another one that results in issues with mouse movements when streaming. I've gotten around it by using VirtualHere for the mouse connection.
