You downloaded the wrong app... You can try to compile yourself using the gitee link in that page |

A bit hard to explain though, distributing apps in China is a bit akward so people can only upload them to net disks for small scale distribution. The app you just downloaded is a net disk app, and if you click the download button again you should be able to download the app. |
