A setting that screen is pushed up when a user uses a soft keyboard (three-finger touch) or on-screen full keyboard (four-finger touch): Typically, in PC games, a chat window is placed at the bottom of the screen. The above two keyboards are often used to communicate with other users or use in-game shortcuts, but typos are especially common in chat windows. One solution I thought of is that when a user uses a keyboard, the screen is pushed up so that they can see the chat window directly. It's not necessary, but some users, myself included, can use it in a better environment.
Or, if it already have that feature, could you please provide us with a guide?
