Transfer to torch

Hi, thank you for the great paper and repo. Did you ever get around to transforming this over to torch?

Hi, unfortunately I haven't further developed CLEAR, as my focus has been on developing 'CLEAR Image' which explains image classifications. Currently I am working with UCL and Kent University on a version of CLEAR Image that works with MRI scans. Switching CLEAR to use PyTorch shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours to do, if you want to do it yourself. Happy to provide advice if required.
