Add "total Count" to the users circle on the main page.

Additional context
To give more context around "active users" vs "total users"
Endpoint: /api/v1/anon/total-users

This is already being returned in the same response that "active users" is in. A separate place to show the total users can be an alternative to adding it to the circle.

The active users enclosure probably needs to be smaller than the total users.
