lookup moderation lists by name

API: /api/v1/anon/get-moderation-list/string:input_name
/api/v1/anon/get-moderation-list/string:input_name/int:page

this API returns a list of moderation lists that are like the inputed string

I'm thinking for this and searching URIs we need a second search bar dedicated to these things. I think right under the main search bar.
