Unit Tests for Microphysics Tendencies

We should add basic unit tests for the microphysics tendencies. We will test for basic properties like non negativity, type stability, allocations.

The plan is to soon replace microphysics wrappers by the bulk_tendencies function in CM.jl And have the type stability and negativity handled there. Not sure about allocations. This may be better done on the Atmos side in some more realistic grid/bigger problem?
