While trying to add a test calibration for CI in CliMA/ClimaCoupler.jl#1793, I ran into issue where the slurm scripts are not canceled when the process that submit the slurm scripts is canceled.
This can lead to a bunch of slurm jobs that are submitted that will either crash when they start or waste resources.
