Since some time now, the distributed tests do not run in PRs but only on main. The CliMA organization was a bit worried about the amount of work we need to do per commit to run the tests (4GPUs across all the commits running for an hour each).
To test on the branch, we need to add the label "Launch Distributed Buildkite" to the open pull request
