Description
We currently have a nightly workflow testing against ClickHouse head (Build Against ClickHouse Head), but no automated nightly tests for ClickHouse Cloud.
We need to create a scheduled workflow that runs integration tests against ClickHouse Cloud daily to catch any cloud-specific issues or changes early.
This would complement our existing nightly head tests and provide better coverage of the cloud environment.
