Export to OpenTelemetry + integrate with SQLCommenter

Hey, I just read the blog post on the click house blog, amazing work! I know that the route directly into clickhouse makes the most sense, but I was wondering (and as OTel maintainer I am totally biased;-) ), would it be possible to consider exporting the data in OTLP as well, and maybe even figure out how to pick up SQL Commenter from upstream execution site?
