Add support for Postgres ClickPipes

I'd like to request support for Postgres CDC as a data source for ClickPipe in the Terraform ClickHouse provider.
This feature is heavily being used in our product and now with the upcoming pricing model changes for the Postgres pipes (as of 1st of September) I feel like it would be fare to add terraform support.

Apologies, I hadn't seen this issue before creating my own, i'll close mine and +1 this one.

We're experiencing the same need for PostgreSQL CDC ClickPipes support in our multi-environment infrastructure.

Our specific use case:

1. Provision ClickHouse services via Terraform
2. Set up VPC PrivateLink connectivity to RDS PostgreSQL
3. Create PostgreSQL CDC ClickPipes for real-time data replication
4. All managed declaratively across multiple environments and services

The current clickhouse_clickpipe resource supports creating ClickPipes, but lacks proper typing and documentation for PostgreSQL CDC source configurations. While the provider includes clickhouse_clickpipes_reverse_private_endpoint for creating VPC PrivateLink connectivity to PostgreSQL, there's no way to configure the ClickPipe itself to actually use this endpoint for PostgreSQL sources. This makes it difficult to provision end-to-end PostgreSQL CDC ClickPipes with private connectivity in an Infrastructure-as-Code workflow.
