This is related to #316 , but making this separate to avoid polluting that discussion with a slightly different issue.
Our Clickhouse Service is going to have a lot of private endpoints that connect to it. It looks like with the old clickhouse_private_endpoint_registration, it was possible to specify a description for each endpoint that'd then be shown in the Clickhouse Cloud UI:
However, now with clickhouse_service_private_endpoints_attachment, it doesn't look like there's any way to add a description to each endpoint attachment. That makes things just a little more unwieldy when you have multiple endpoint attachments.
