Error while running detectnodes #101

Hi everyone,
I am new to using TempestExtremes. As part of a test case, I downloaded two variables — mean sea level pressure (MSLP) and geopotential at 600 hPa and 250 hPa — from ERA5, focusing on a region and month where a tropical cyclone is present.
Based on the documentation and my understanding, I created a script (step1_track.sh) to perform the initial processing. However, I encountered an error during execution, as noted in the run.log.
For your reference, I’ve attached my script, sample data, and the log file. I would sincerely appreciate it if you could take a look and share any suggestions
