Improvements for the ACMG classification page

• Move "submit" to the bottom of the page
• Move "Search ClinGen Criteria Specifications to the top
• PDF export of a classified variant looks ugly, see example:

• PDF export should always have white background
• Display Case name on exported PDF
• Display variant specifics on exported PDF

I could perhaps add the js error when the pdf button is hidden:

It's not really important, but if we are anyway touching the page. It might save some time debugging another day.

I'm trying to get rid of the javascript function and just use pdfkit from flask to download the page - same way as the general case report - but it renders horribly:
