Describe the bug
When analyzing lrWGS and selecting for specific genotype (0/1 or 1/0 and 1/1) it gets the same number of variant for each query.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'research SNV & Indels'
2. Click on 'Genotypes'
