For refseq transcripts, links from the transcript table are either 1. rendered as link anchors without href or 2. point to ensembl but with the NCBI refseq id as transcript. ENSEMBL appear to have some issues today, so perhaps this actually worked at one point?

Nevertheless, we should fix the first kind, and probably both - we do generate refseq links that would be appropriate.
