Incorporate Quil throughout the entire curriculum

Introduce Quil earlier and throughout the curriculum so it is not entirely presented at the end of the workshop.

@mookerji @bridgethillyer Also, FYI, I'm currently syncing up the slides with the curriculum, which requires me to read through the curriculum, which is leading to me change a couple of references to the web app here and there--though, I'm not actually introducing Quil anywhere, so this issue will still stand.
