unable to build

Hello, I used to use this repo as template and follow the instructions to host challenges in evalai, everything works fine. However, after github retired Ubuntu20.04, I forked a new repo from this repo by using template, however, this time nothing happened, I am sure I committed and pushed to challenge branch, any idea?

as shown in the image, when new 'challenge' branch is created, build should be failed, and after pushing something new, there also should be a build running, but this time nothing happened
