Need support/installation instructions for Ubuntu 18.04

As per https://ubuntustudio.org/2019/04/ubuntu-studio-16-04-lts-reaches-end-of-life-eol/ , Ubuntu 16.04 reached its end of life on 25 April 2019.
We therefore need updated installation instructions (and internal support) for Ubuntu 18.04.
I don't know how big this is going to be. We will probably also need other updates as there are known bugs on upgrading. Also, need for versions of dependencies that work with Ubuntu 18.04
