feat: Add Pinecone vector search and store tool components

- PineconeSearchToolComponent: Query Pinecone indexes with metadata filtering
- PineconeStoreToolComponent: Upsert vectors with automatic embedding generation
- Both components support LCToolComponent pattern for Agent integration
- Includes documentation in PINECONE_COMPONENTS.md
