Setting an Role-Parameter DoubleClick-Tool

The action for setting a role parameter uses the wrong tool, a double click tool instead of direct edit label.
This bug needs to be resolved to use the correct tool: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=470598
