Red pixel on Scooby-Doo Mystery

Hello,

I noticed that there's a red pixel on the blue bumper car, I don't remember seeing it when played on real mega drive console.

Created a savestate, red pixel only shows on some specific angles of the bumper car. Unless this red pixel was always there and the video encoder applies some filter that on final output image it doesn't show up anymore on real console.
