SBD_DELAY_START= is only valid for 2-node disk-based sbd cluster #2055

Description

@zzhou1

That means, for the diskless sbd cluster, the disk-based sbd cluster with qdevice, or the sbd cluster has 3 nodes or more.

  1. SBD_DELAY_START= in sysconfig should be deleted. It just wastes the waiting time for the sbd process.
  2. also, no point to check and provide WARN for the runtime drop-in file /run/systemd/system/sbd.service.d/sbd_delay_start_disabled.conf.
