Change to antsRegistration_affine_SyN.sh

The script antsRegistration_affine_SyN.sh should be changed to the new official repo for the registration script found here https://github.com/CoBrALab/antsRegistration_affine_SyN. The registration outcomes should be benchmarked to ensure no significant changes in performance are observed.

Note that this script no longer depend on the ants_generate_iterations.py script, and that this script is used elsewhere in RABIES, and thus may remain necessary as a separate script.

You may be able to just steal/re-implement the parts of the code you were using, its only used in a single place.
