when under high aerodynamic stress (ranging from transonic to hypersonic, dependin on which planet i'm on and what the part is), especially in the mid-atmosphere, the game will CTD after all parts suddenly fling themselves in all directions - especially if using physics warp. (sometimes, especially on eve, you don't even need to be in physics warp for this to occur, and it will even occur if there are only three parts - such as a probe core, parachute and heatshield)
