[Enhancement] State as a parameter for the Content and Pages endpoints

Hello,

We have a suggestion for an enhancement.

When calling the API for the Content (items) and Pages endpoints, it would be useful to have a parameter to filter on the `_state` field.
This parameter would make it possible to get unpublished content when needed.

I'm open to discussing this further if needed.
