Swift 6.0 Support?

Hello!

I was curious if there has been any consideration in moving the package's Swift version to 6.0?
From some pointing around, it looks like it would require a fair bit of work.

Please check out the swift6 branch. To my utter astonishment I got it to zero warnings or errors. But I don't quite trust the peace, please test it.

It looks like the swift version was set to 6.1, not 6.0. From what I can tell 6.1 is only supported in Xcode 16.3, which is still in beta.

no issues found. Was able to build & run as expected

I'd like to note, as a consumer of the library, having to update Xcode to a beta version is not ideal. Obviously this will go away in time as Xcode 16.3 gets rolled out. But from now till then, I'll need 2 versions of Xcode installed.

I've redone the Swift 6 because I wasn't happy with some things. Now it is good I think.

I don't know what you mean by needing Xcode 16.3, it builds find with Xcode 16.2 as well.
